Phil, As you originally suggested, the large amount of cd's that you own and use could be the cause of your problem. Keith has once again come up with an idea that could prove/disprove the problem. OK by finding this out does not fix the issue but does give you an option to live with it (not at the price you've paid) or get a refund/exchange

I thought over near Cody would be a better location as all the B&O dealerships ive been too are normally just off the high street. I dont think B&O in the old Zavvi building would be a good image with all the 'Goths' hanging around outside LOL

phil, Bear with it mate, you've come to the right place for advice and there is a big chance that someone does understand this problem but just hasn't read this thread yet. Give it a few days before going to B&O and see what people come up with. After all, if you really cant part with your 9000, you could always attach an airport express
