I have found that the coffee that I make using my Gaggia Classic varies between actual coffee brands. Personally I like the Lavazza Rossa is the best. Perfect crema on espresso everytime. The rest of Lavazza coffee is quite poor - I did try the Lavazza espresso blend and I couldnt get a crema on that at all! What does anyone else use?
