....hooked up with sp/diff and DVI- HDMI no longer eccoes.
I have my BM5 connected the same way to my BV7 - sp/diff and DVI-HDMI - so this is a very good reason to get the SW update. Thanx a lot for your test, Ehlerz.
I don't think it's a big seller and this is why they are not updating. I think while there is certainly a too late there may also be a too early for a diskless sound system.
I am also wondering why so little happens on the BS5/BM5 area, it is quite expensive, and I believe that B&O does have a clear

Is there any difference if the sound delay in the link room is transmitted via MasterLink or via RF (Antenna = Mono) cable? And, if I want to listen to music (N.MUSIC) from my BM5 without any delay, then I turn on BM5 on my link tv (bv 8-32) and uses then MasterLink for the sound. In the main room I do then select N.MUSIC on the bv 7, and then it is

Buy it!! Maybe with the low stand...
I agree I also went for the low stand.

I was also looking for PUC code to C200, but since I was in doubt, I decided to go for the Tvix M6600. With the new Firmware (1.9.8) it works great. The control from linkroom TV's also works fine, but you would then need to connect the Tvix with both HDMI and Composite.

My dealer told me, that they don't sell many MLGW system, so I could imagine that there are a lot of B&O installations using MasterLink, but without the MLGW (mine for instance) . I think it is great that B&O now opens op thru the network, but 2000EUR is a lot of money I think. Can we hope for a MLGW "light" version, or even better

I have just scanned thru all radio channels in Denmark (about 50), the best quality is 128 kbps WMA. There is room for improvement here.

Thanks a lot for the great info, and I agree, most of the radio channels (that I listen to) only send in 128 or 96 kbps, which made me a little bit disappointed with the radio of the BM5. I actually sold my old BM6500, and now I wan't it back again . It's not B&O fault, but I could imagine that someone gets sad when they listen to 96 kbps
