I'd love to know what the relevance is here to the Beosound 8 that was the subject of discussion. Maybe you should be on a Medical Forum ?
A little larger, and your point would have been so much better ... Seriously, though, go back and read page one, and you will notice how Trip was the main instigator
I have an extra Beo4 and Beolink 1000 and both get leaking batteries on a regular basis, usually after a couple years. I only use the highest quality batteries but they leak anyway. On the Beo4, its the bottom battery that leaks, on the BL1000, it's the center battery. Any way to prevent this? Is there a rule of thumb

given that Trip want any negative discussion to cease, because it might cost him on the bottom line. You don't see a problem with that, but me being private, uh, oh, the horror!
Trip didn't say this. I believe his call was for more constructive criticism, less "I
PM me for a discussion about postmodernism Electrified. The one you will Google on Wikipedia isn't very good. We can then take it from there, step-by-step, why my subscription to postmodernist thought means that I see your logic as mere fallacy.
And with that you're back to making the exact same childish
Why - because you say so?
No, because I have shown so. The proof is in the pudding, as they say, and the pudding is this very thread.
As a postmodernist I have to disagree.
That's just an unsubstantiated claim and a statement - also unsubstantitated.. One of them
I guess I have developed a different view of the Beosound 5 and iTunes discussion. I happen to like both. Microsoft lossless and Apple lossless sound the same to me. Both are high quality and CD sounding.
Lossless, be it Apple's or Microsoft's version, or even Flac is just that: Lossless. In reality, this
Electrified, this is not interesting for anyone else. We all have access to 8th grade logic text books. If you want to keep embarrassing yourself, please pm me and do it privately.
Your arrogance is very misplaced when you're the one making all the logical fallacies, and you're way past the point

Many things in that article that I disagree with, but my reason for posting to this thread is that the article isn't about connectingstuff via the AUX, but rather about using an external audio card in the form of a USB DAC (which, btw, is nothing "new"). With many computers these days, you don't even have to tie up a USB or firewire
No I'm not. Your imagination is playing too heavily into your interpretation. I'm saying that there are 3 visual elements. Two speakers, one transom. These are all give visual weight in their scale and dimension. The iPad is very large, and similar in scale visually. This is what I'm saying. You can't
Being willfully obtuse doesn't impress girls.
Well done, you have just examplified why I seem to focus on your pseudo-argumentation and unsubstantiated claims
