Does this mean I cannot hear my ipod through the Avant without the screen being on (all be it black)? Highlighting 'Sources' and pressing Menu rather than Go doesn't seem to do anything.

Theres no option for connections on my Avant.

Oh ok. So how do you rename the camcorder connection? You described going into the menu (I assume on the Avant and not the Beo4) and going into connections. I can't find 'Connections' in the setup menu on the Avant.

As for the numbers, I understand the country code and software version, its the long number beneath these two details that I was interested in. Perhaps it tells you how many days or hours the phone has been used for?
