Today I was told that some of the later products don't have the data pins of the powerlink sockets connected to anything. Is this correct? Craig

Beosound 1 is a nice start to your B&O collection, I would say. There will be more items to follow, it's what we all call Beovirus . Craig

So replacing the capacitors in the crossovers does make a difference then. Worth thinking about for any future speaker restorations I do. So do we get any pics Chris? Craig

When I had my BV3 connected to my Beocenter 9000. To get sound from the TV to play through the beocenter, I had to press Aux followed by 1,2,3 or 4. When you select Aux do the numbers 1,2,3,4, & 8 light up on the top panel? Numbeer 1 to 4 relate to different sources connected to the TV, and 8 opens up the microphone connection. Craig

Medogsfat: And Bunie AKA Carol - member Craig's much better half. Thanks mate. Anyway welcome to Beoworld Paris. Craig

Just before Christmas 2006 I went and brought a BS3000 without telling Carol. What made it worse was that I sold our Beocenter 9000 which she did like. Infact she would not use the Beosound for the first few months. Still I get the odd comment on the subject even now. Craig

9 LEE: As for the crowd - the company i got them from was "rent-a-mob" and they work out at around £2.50 a head. Great for picket lines, birthday parties, football support, and pictures for websites that have a lot of members and need a photograph to 'bring to life' a mental image.. Good price IMO. Craig

j0hnbarker: I just lied and said that the Pentas I bought would be 3ft tall and not dominate our living room... What happened when you got them home though. Craig
