In all fairness, Windows has had screen sharing for a very, very long time, and Linux even longer. However, features like Stacks, QuickLook and Spaces really do it for me! I use stacks almost all the time on my MBP...

If the recording was made for two speakers, then it should be played on two speakers. Think of it this way, if a film producer shot a film for the old 'square' TVs (4:3) you wouldn't cut the tops and bottoms of to make it fit a widescreen display (16:9). This is the store in Bath? I'm surprised, they're usually very very helpful in there. RE: Apple Care, definitely worth it. Replaced my MacBook Pro (first generation, notoriously unreliable) a few months after the warranty ended, although not without a bit of a battle. Still, more helpful than any other computer company I've delt with.

Their mice aren't half bad actually, I tend to think they're quite good. Agree about the xbox though. A friend of mine has been through five of them. They have something like a 38% failure rate, absolutely insane...
