Congrats, you'll find the bass improves if if you raise them up from the surface they're on. For instance with wall mounts -- anything that allows a bit of air below the bass vent.

I use an Airport Express, connected to my Beosystem 7000, through AUX. You can either use a minijack to DIN converting cable. (Several available through the web/LifeStyle-AV).
