No... they were talking about a broader support, they gave the example of controlling a Roomba Vaccum cleaner. Regarding the PUC your dealer can create a special entry for your device. For AV devices, PUC will remain a better option. For home automation devices, direct control is a better choice.

The word is out that in November, the Beo5 software will support 3rd party devices... I would wait until then and see what it is about. p.

On your Beo4, type Menu-0-0-Go You will access a hidden menu. This menu is reserved for the technical guys at B&O, so use at your own risk. Navigate and you should find a sound delay setting. p.

because of the Dolby processing the voice are in the center speaker and the music on the left and right speakers, so it does not feel like a uniform sound in the room.

Maybe they've bought a database of IR codes and it's been added to the config software... I am happy to be able to control non AV devices directly from the Beo5, but for AV devices, I think the STB-C is better as it can be accessed from link rooms, and recording can be programmed. p.
