You need a Beolink converter type 1611. Connect the AUX socket on the 2300 to the converter with an Aux link cable and the 3500 to the converter with masterlink cable.

The 3500 provides far better sound quality than the 2000 although neither is brilliant IMO.

Easier to look at a picture than describe and even then it's a bit hit and miss!! The service manual has a drawing which should help. Suggest that you upgrade your membership to silver or gold and download the manual.

You need to ADD Phono to your list button as described in the manual. Like this........... Press Stby and List together. Display should say Add? If not then List until it does. Then Go Press List until Phono displayed. Press Go To operate just press List until Phono displayed and then Go. Your deck should now start.

Only through an authorised repair centre or dealer. However, the practice of selling spares to end users is positively discouraged by B&O. Probably best to try your dealer.

So did you change the orientation adjusters? It needs to be done with the carriage parked in position 1

I believe that new keypads are available as are aluminium front panels. I bought one each of these about 2 years ago. I'm not sure about complete internals. Try your dealer who should be abl to interogate the database.

Glad to help with the 7000 but I'm afraid the 8002 is outside of my experience. I'm sure Dillen will be able to help as I believe he takes these apart with his eyes closed! Good Luck with it.

Possibly dirty laser lens, so clean that first with cotton bud damped in isopropanol. If no change then suspect electrolytic capacitors on servo board.
