Hagen, As you say, you are well prepared if the problem comes back, but at least your LC2 and Ouverture are now working correctly. It may well be that one of your neighbours knew they were causing a problem and your letter made them do something about it.

Richard, I would be very surprised if there is anything wrong with the Beovision 7, this is much more likely to be caused by earth imbalance directly linked to mains load. What kind of property do you live in ? in other words, is it a flat where the mains coming into the building could be shared or are you in a detached house with its own supply? You

Whenever I have to fault find mains problems, then I hire a Dranetz. You can see details of them HERE They can be hired from several places including HERE I would expect B&O to have one of these as there are a lot of power and earthing issues today. What is the problem with your Beovision 7-40 ?

No, that model is 100 Hz Type numbers 81XX & 810X were 50 Hz

There is certainly no option for this in Beoplayer, or if there is I have never found it.
