You have the option set to 0 and it should now be 1 to make the remote work. With the 2500 in standby With your Beo4, press STBY and LIST together Now LIST until display says OPTION ? and press GO Now LIST until display reads AOPT and press 1 and GO Red light on 2500 should blink and remote will now work!

Beolab1: I have a Beolink 7000, it works fine, no problems with the two way communication or any other controls. But when it's not the charger, it keeps switching itself on and off. After using it, it switches itself off, two standby lights light up in the upper left and right corner. Then it switches itself on again. This just goes on and on.The

You will need to obtain this from your dealer who can get it from the B&O central datebase.

If it's plugged into a Spk1 socket then your problem is probably the "Mute" relay which needs replacing.

At £14.99 it's worth a try! I use a similarly priced one and it's fine. Looks similar to the one on ebay but has no name to identify it. I have supplied similar to customers and nobody has ever complained. Make sure that you maintain ground continuity between the deck and your amp or you will get mains humm!

beologisch: lomamalo: my local dealer inform me that beolab 5000 dispay dont show nothig when is conected with on beosound 4 ??? did somebody try this configuration??? that's wierd, I've got a Beosound4 with 1 pair of BL5000 and 3 pairs of BL4500 connected to it and all displays are working fine............ And I recently had BS4 in sales stock

The beograms you mention are all mechanically identical with only cosmetic changes so they are likely to all sound about the same.

My guess is that this is a cd laser carriage lubrication issue but I am no expert with this device. Member Dillen is your man and I suggest that you PM him and ask his advice. Oh! Welcome to BeoWorld by the way.
