Vince, Do you have a B&O RF amplifier fitted to the RF output on your Beovision 7 ?
-
Claus, Unfortunately, the response you received is not unusual, which is a considerable pity, given the general quality of B&O products. Nevertheless, your tests prove that this is a valid configuration and maybe useful to other members in the future. Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback.

Steve, There were two situations where you could get this type of problem as I recall and they were:- Using a Beosound like Ouverture or BS9000 as a master, the amplifier will be turned on a few seconds before the sound is plugged in through the relay; causing a blop in the speakers if they haven't been turned on for while, say an hour. Several new software versions came out, and during this period the hardware was seemlessly

Peter, Coolskin is correct. If you had PC2 hardware box in the first year or so after release, then when you tried to update your system with Beoport software version 4.01 when it upgraded the firmware in the box, from then on, the PC2 box became useless. My unit was replaced by B&O under their "Fairness Plan" in November 2005 with the

I think it would be possible with a few small modifications..

Well done everyone, a considerable achievement Lee...

I would say this would be a viable project provided you have the 32" VCR version (28" is a little different) Below is a block diagram and as you can see it only uses +/- 20 volts, so you could use a seperate power supply, using the AVANT power supply maybe somewhat difficult. But module 10 & 11 are the key parts and they would be easy
