IMO yes, definitely! The 4000 is sonically superior to the 6000 and will play louder/better. I also prefer the design, more unique than the 6000s which IMO look rather boring now. Each to their own though... IMO, the BeoLab 3s are far more impressive than any of the speakers sub BeoLab 9 in the B&O range. I'd suggest you have a listen...

If you get a MacMini and install BeoPort, you can control FrontRow with your Beo4, and therefore use it like a media centre. Only 'issue' at the moment is that the new Leopard FrontRow isn't controlled by BeoPort, but I'm sure there'll be a software update somewhere along the line...

I'd agree, BeoLab 3s if you can afford them, but if not, BeoLab 4000s would be your best option...

BeoLab 4000s are more fexible than BeoLab 6000s. They can be mounted up high and angled/mounted in different positions, whilst BeoLab 6000s usually end up firing straight into the back of your sofa (depending on where they're positioned). I'm more of an Audi fan than BMW, but my dad has owned BMWs since when I was young. I love the older ones, particularly the previous 3 series (my dad has a 330i coupé), but the newer 5 and 7 series ones aren't so much my kinda thing style-wise.
