Hi Magnus I suggest you contact your dealer. There has been a recent software update that may cure some or all of these issues. Bang & Olufsen released new software for the DVB module which amongst other things cured the slow channel change. This is updated via a USB pen drive. Option programming is the likely cause of your problem adn the remedy is outlined above. It's also worth rembering that if a plasma screen is on in the same room it will block ir signals and stop BeoSound1 from responding to Beo4. Opman

The "current" latest software for the BeoCom5 is 2.0 This cures faults in the software 1.9 previously released. Worth taking it back to your dealer to have it updated again. Opman

I think the most difficult part of laying the Avant down for transport is to ensure that the motor base incurs no damage. I understand that the barings can become dislodged and it is not easy to re affix them. The result is that the set won't turn on its base. Good luck. Opman

Hi Has anybody come across this scenario before? BeoVision7 40" in main room with Sky HD box attached and controlled via PUC. BeoVision6 connected via Masterlink in link room. All operation is fine in main room and link room EXCEPT no access to red button functions in link room if main TV is in stand by. If the BeoVision7 40" is switched on

Any dealer can check the age of any serial number if you ask them. Be wary of publishing the full serial number in the forum. This is a public forum and it wouldn't be wise to let all and sundry see the serial number, just in case Opman
