And I also agree that there are B&O dealers who suffer the same syndrome that many luxury dealers do in dealing with younger or less affluent customers.

Somfy are too loud. So are mechoshades. Lutron makes the only silent drive on the market in the US. I don't know of any made elsewhere either.
