Is this natural (silver ) aluminium? and where on the TV? The grilles on the speakers can be replaced, this can be difficult as they slide off, but are a tight fit. Your local Bang dealer can sell you a new one. If its the TV frame and its a natural colour you can try to polish the scratch out. This can be done with a fine metal polish - such as mothers

from memory - i think you may have tried the PIN too many times in too short of space of time. I suggest you disconnect from mains for min 3hrs. Then retry pin, it may let you in - otherwise you may require a mastercode from your dealer to unlock the unit. Dont play with the clamper.

Personally, i think it is, thats my opinion and there are quite a few consumers who do also. Im becoming a little confused at the comments on Beoworld. It appears much of this relates to the price of Bang - Yet i have never known it to be cheap. The reality is that Bangvisions are very good televisions. They do offer a great picture - one that other

Hi Guys I have read all of your comments with much interest. Bang is a product that really polarises people. It is a product that brings our emotions to the fore and divides us with a love / hate relationship. We all love it, but hate paying for it... The stark reality is this, Bang is a company that is currently refocusing. It has made some hard decisions
-
It surely is - at this stage, but look for more possible leaks from Bang.... The members who have mentioned that Bang staff are tightly lipped, even though dealer principals or managers may have been privy to sneak peaks is absolutely true - for obvious reasons. The new BS5, is going to be a magic product. Some real innovations here. Think BS4 look

Personally, I am unaware of the policy in the UK. Bang endevours to allow "trade ins" of current product in Oz, say for example you decide on the BV7-40 instead of the BV7-32 you took - before you moved into a larger home... There are formulas that are applied to the value of your purchase, based on age and condition that work out the value
-
There are two heads across Australia. But this information will not help, as the directive is from Struer to not take any products that are not within the current portfolio. However, at the store managers discretion - some may display your item at no cost within the showroom that you make another purchase through and have any potential enquires about

mmm. Frustrating. BS3 - Ask for a SW update. I am aware that there is a new one, if you have not already had it updated. BV6, Not like these to go faulty so quickly. Will be screen related. Check with the service centre regarding your warranty. BL2500 - what is this connected to? BS2300 - software. Have this updated to the latest variant.

One thing that has come out of this thread is that people remain very passionate about Bang. This is sensational! It is a company and product that inspires passion and something people get very emational about. But we must remain mindful that the decisions that have been made by Bang are not by one person - Torben. They are calculated with many menbers
-
Not at all. Bang has a board, which would ok all of these. The smaller items, have not been a failure - although many seem to be leaning to this way of thinking. The reality is, these decisions are complex as business is. Bang is doing fine and its strategy have helped its profitability markedly.
