If it worked from the box ... and now does not ... I dont see how a software update will sort this. Unless of course they are suggesting that the software has been corrupted in the eeprom. In which case ... just reflashing the original code should solve the problem. If its under warranty, fine ... if not ... beware what they might charge. Neil
