The masterlink socket is always present but the module isn't. This was optional on your BV3-28. It is still available with order-nr. 1401500

Not sure but I think your "compatible double emitter cable" will not work! The IR-output socket has 3 pins where only pin 1 is common to both IR-transmitters.
