Sorry if this has been covered before, although I did search the forum and couldn't find anything. I have a BV7 40 MKII and just had my local dealer connect it up to a Virgin V+ box on AV3 (he connected my Apple TV to DVI-I), for some reason whenever I select Virgin (DTV) using my BEO5, Virgin starts up fine but then after a few seconds it turns

I always get a massive "wow" when I change the volume of my tv (BV7-40) with my beocom2 when somebody rings - not only wow but also very useful - that and the curtain.

Is it just me but I have had my Earset 3 for my Serenata replaced twice already because the left ear piece just stops working. Before I go back to my dealer for the third time has anyone had the same problem and more importantly worked out how to fix it? My left speaker stopped working twice as well. My dealer replaced it in store the first time and then sent it off the second time with no mention of any charge.
