£50 for a 12 inch flat plate.. yes, but look at the craftsmanship..
If I thought it was hand crafted by those dudes I would not hesitate in the purchase

Hi James, Think it was £25. Give them a quick call before you make the journey just to make sure they have a battery and they are stil providing the service. It was last year I had it done. Jonnie

Sounds definately like a battery issue. King Street Manchester did mine instore, ask for Graham. Jonnie

Thanks for that, hope there is a way round it. Jonnie

Ok guys and gals. When playing Xbox is it possible to play a CD or radio via my 9000 at the same time? The BV7 is MasterLinked to the 9000 and I am running front and rears as well as a sub from the TV. It would just be nice to have a bit of music instead of POW, THWACK ect'. Jonnie

Cheers Simon, seen it already. Think £50 for a simple 12 inch flat plate is a bit steep to be honest. Hope to get a swap and then both parties are happy. Thanks anyway Jonnie

Looking for a beoSound century wall bracket. I have a table stand if anyone wants to do a swap or happy to buy. Jonnie
-
We have a century on the wall in the kitchen and love it! It is superb stereo and because it is not ML'd as it gives other options for listening in that room if the CD/tuner is being used elsewhere. I am probably going to install a 3500 in the kitchen shortly but will still leave the century for its looks alone. All in all a classic imo!

I believe it is a special tool, only supplied to the service centres and stores that carry out the task. Jonnie
