I'm guessing that you've already looked at the service manual but it does state: Front Grid: Push the front grid of the speakers upwards and off. Maybe the grids are the frets as they are metal on the Bl2000?

Which delivery company did you use via Parcel2go? Did you choose upgraded insurance compensation to cover the value of the item? I would go directly to the courier company AND keep on at P2G. You need to move quickly as time's against you although I guess that now you've already notified them of the loss you are within the timescale regardless

Link HERE I've sat on my Beo4 enough times to ensure that I wouldn't buy a remote control version of the iShelf. Funny how they call the BS9000 a competitor because it shows 7 CD jackets! Bizarre

The power output was never listed but Beocentral estimate it to be 15w per channel
