Sounds like you're connecting the NAD CD player to an output on the Beomaster as opposed to the input. If your cables are wired for both input and output, try changing the connections over! Here's why: To reflect a wave (in this case, sound), the reflecting object needs to be at least the same size as the wavelength of the sound you're trying to reflect.
