  • Re: I BOUGHT IT!!

At the time it just looked so wrong seeing the word 'Samsung' next to the wording 'Bang and olufsen' I remember ordering one at the end of 2005 from B&O of York but cancelled it at the last minute. For me the killer was the Samsung name on it and that weird camera on the side of it! The iPhone 4 should of been the phone that B&O

Yes the Oppo is certainly the machine that is recommended by B&O. I'm kind of in the same boat as you Chris as i love iTunes, tend to use it for everything and since im in hotel rooms 4-5 nights a week around the country, I guess my iPhone and MacBook are my main viewing choice for films etc. I guess the real consolation for buying a great Bly

Hi Chris, I believe the built in player is a Samsung - something that i find a little worrying! You are probably paying 7 times more than you should for having the player built in. It very much sounds like a £100 player selling for £700 upwards. It's a shame that you won't consider say a new Pioneer 440 or even a Sony or Panasonic

  • Re: Form 2's worth it or not?

CJM1 it's obviously down to opinion. I had the A8's and found them a total disgrace in sound along with poor quality cable and plug. For me they had zero bass. We use BEATS at most of our radio stations now here in the UK and we love them. It's obviously down to personal opinion and of course music taste. An example is my old B&O Century

  • Jazz FM

Super cool London based radio station are giving away B&O Earset 3i headphones with one lucky winner bagging a BeoSound 8. Nice promotion for B&O. Jazz FM has a rather nice affluent listener ranging from late 20s upwards - certainly good marketing for B&O! I remember Jazz FM being very popular during my early Art College days. The brand

  • Re: Flash your B&O!

That's incredible thanks for that Edouard! Very much appreciated! The Canon's certainly seem to get a lot of praise. In my career, for photo shoots, I use the Nikon 5100 which gives really nice results! I need a camera for my nights out so ive been looking at the little Leica range!

  • Re: What are the major B&O product failures?

Ar yes I agree with Symmes, that was a Samsung player that looked identical to a Samsung player - now that was a total disgrace!A bit dishonest of B&O that one not funny really is it?
