Don't open it.... I would try a blow dryer on a warm or cool setting.... through the keypad. If not.... you will probably have to go to the dealer for repair.

I agree. It wouldn't be a deciding factor for me... even though it would be a nice thing to do. It just makes me feel as though the product is over priced. They should have just stuck to selling the feature and benefit of this awesome product rather than throwing in a free set of steak knives and cheapening it. If that makes sense?

If I could afford it right now I would take the 4-65 with a Beolab 10. Isn't plasma faster than LCD anyway ? If you are concerned you could always wait for the BV-10. That would be something interesting.

So is the only thing to change with the BV8-32 the price?? Or will it gain the features of the new unreleased 40 ??

One dealer here is offering BV8-32 with a free Serenata.... I was considering it but I don't really need the Serenata... so maybe I should wait ??
