As far as I understand the manuals (of the BV-10 at least) and all the other discussions on this topic on the forum is that the surround system can not process HD-audio signals and will output standard DTS 5.1 More or less what B&O state for the BV-7 as well... Sound wise the Blu-ray player in BeoVision 7-40 and 7-55 supports the following formats

Gebruik de Beo5 naast de Beo4. Merk wel dat ik de basis instructies sneller en gemakkelijker met de Beo4 doe. Vrouw & kind gebruiken meestal de Beo4.... behalve wanneer de niet B&O apparaten gebruikt moeten worden. Zowel voor de Humax als de Blu-ray werkt de Beo5 een stuk gemakkelijker. Nadelig is het gebrek aan complete scripts om alle functies

Mijn toestel heeft een AR scherm. Aangezien ik het toestel zonder AR niet ken (meende dat dit in NL standaard is) weet ik het verschil niet. Wat ik wel merk is dat het scherm minder reflecties geeft dan TV's die ik als alternatief heb bekeken. Praktisch alles valt weg of is als een donkere schaduw te zien. Ben er tevreden over.
