    3.) Now for what I sourced at the hobby store... K&S Engineering brass tube (11/32 x .014) Stock #1152. Two pieces chopped at about 5 degrees. If this had not been cracked, this would not have fit! Because of the material expansion, this size ended up being a perfect press fit... so much so that I all I had to do was tap it home with a jeweler's

    2.) With a No.2 pencil in the background for scale (not very good, as this was a pretty close focus -the part is smaller than it seems in the pic)... I used a jeweler's drill to create two crack propagation traps.

    The simplest of answers (question) would be: Is the rest of your internal network capable of handling the 1000mbps? (e.g.) If the card is connected to a 100mpbs switch... it will be a 100mbps connection. Can you provide more details on your network? I assume you are running at least CAT5e which itself is only rated to ~350-500mbps? 6e can be rated at
