I've been using a pair of Dynaudio Focus 140 with both a Beomaster 7000 and a 6500. Was very pleased with the performance. The Focus 140 is considered to be quite similar to the S1.4 in character. Check your connection. The Dynaudios are very picky when it comes to phase, make certain that you follow the instructions re +/- connection - and check

There's actually a lot of room in the well of the floorstand, and cable management has been thought through. The back "plate" of the floorstand is actually made of plastic, but blends in perfectly with the rest of the stand. You can peel that out when arranging the cables. Before attaching the BV8 to the floorstand you have to run the

Closer detail on keyboard, MCP6500 and the remotes. (Hmmm - I should have included a Beomaster 7000 in the shot - really rounds off the design inspirations).

Well, Guy. Your wish is my command. That BeoVision 8 is fairly heavy with the floorstand, and I did have to disconnect the iMac for this shot, so let's hope you're satisfied! (To all wondering what this is all about: over in the Mac-section we've been discussing the iMac, and how its design language is B&Oish.) The new iMac is the first

GuyHui : Hi, I wish to see your complete line-up if possible :-) Cheers in advance. Guy I had help carrying when my friends were here! Will put them together to show the design coherence, though. Remotes in one shot; iMac, BV8 and a Beomaster in another. Should be able to post them this evening. The Edge Dinovo keyboard is perfect with its integrated

A colleague at work has a white Beosystem 7000, and they bought a white BeoSound 1. This TV will complete the hat-trick, I think!

GuyHui : Hi, Do you have a picture ? I thought the same as you regarding the nex Di Novo set. Cheers, Guy I'll take one tomorrow, in daylight. Which units do you want to see?

RussR: soundproof: damatt is right. I'm using the 1611 between a Beosystem 6500 and BeoVision 8, and it's working perfectly. Don't have anything between the powerlink connectors though - only between TV/AUX on Beomaster and Converter. What's the benefit of connecting the Powerlink connectors? In this instance, the PowerLink cable (fully

Complements both in function and aesthetics! I had fun last night creating a line-up for some visiting friends: A Beosystem 6500, the MCP6500, Beolink 5000, BV8, iMac 24", my daughter's Macbook (Black casing), my iPod Touch. And adding the Edge Dinovo keyboard from Logitech, which looks as if it was designed to fit with the above. All appear

moxxey: Sal: Looks do grow on people. At first I thought: "What the heck is that shelf all about?" But looking at more and more pictures of it, it's pretty snazzy. Except for the Bang & Olufsen lettering on the speaker grills. This is pretty terrible. On the BV8-32, looking from the front (as you would with a TV), it's a large
