I don't think that's what the OP is referring to, rather a naturally dark image on the BV7. I personally like the image on the BeoVision 7s, very natural IMO. I guess it's all personal preference...

The speakers will work with any kind of amplifier. If you want great sound without spending silly money, NAD is your best bet, or Rotel. You can use your computer as a CD player, however remember that when you read/play a CD on your Mac, it's much noisier than doing it on a normal CD player. Or, depending on your surround sound setup, you could look at upgrading the front speakers to BeoLab 9s or 5s (unless you have them already).

mAtHiAs: It doesnt sound that the BL 8000s is worth the money among some in here! I think that B&O need's to focus more on the sound in their future line up, rather than the look couse that's something they already have! Even if some people (like me) are in love with their design im sure that we wont bring B&O in our life if they doesnt

I've always maintained that a pair of BeoLab 5s with a 'phantom' centre channel will sound best, but I've never heard a BeoLab 5 as a centre channel too...

Flappo The Grate: one thing i hate about leopard is the search / spotlight and the way it displays results eg ; do a search for items larger than say 100 megs , the results aren't viewable by size !! basically you can search for things but are very limited as to what criteria you can sort them by not impressed at all by this tbh I prefer the new
