BTW, I just want to point out that we don't need to keep asking if there is any news, perpetually. I'm sure one of us will post here when there is some news :)

Beolab: The Bv7 32 comes with blu-ray, but the old one can´t be retro-fitted.. You mean the new one? The forthcoming update? The current one doesn't.

Weebyx: I think he has 3 or 4 :) Strange. My dealer only ever has the one in display and every new TV has to be ordered. I hope they are not returns

Weebyx: I talked to my dealer today and on tuesday he is moving all the BV7's in to the quiet Beoliving Room, and then the listening contest begins :) How many does he have?! :) Seriously - good result. Glad you'll get a new BV7.

TripEnglish: As my mother always said, "If you can't say anything nice, your screen name is 355f and you post anonymously on an online forum." Or something like that. He's only being realistic Trip. It's not nice owning a £9000 TV, with various embarrassing sw issues, then going to your dealer to be told that you're not

seanklemis: do you trust software updates after the current mess with the software 4.24 of the BV7 & i hear SD DVD does not look so good on blue ray player any news on that I've tested SD DVDs through my internal BV7 DVD player and the PS3 and there's no difference from what I can see (I did a few comparison tests to see which upscaled more
