• Re: Beovision 6 22" with MX4000 motor wall bracket?

I don't think it'll have much hope of working if the connector won't fit. For example, the connection changed from 4-pin to 5-pin between MX6000/7000 and MX8000, and the stand interface is, as I understand, completely different (not a simple rewire).

Ouch. But the smallest components can make a lot of smoke, so it doesn't need to be drastic damage!
My BM 5000 has started to buzz all the time, it's feint but irritating, do I need a new Transformer for it then? Sorry for the Hijack, It's just the first post has reminded me
Craig, you will usually get more, and more relevant answers if you just start a new thread in a suitable subforum - it doesn't

The BL8000's you had prepared nicely for pickup the night before were the ones connected to the Beomaster?

I like the black as well, especially with the dark wood. The obvious problem is that there isn't much other kit that would go well with it. The rosewood 400x series looks OK with the lid closed though, it is dark enough and the height is a good match.

  • Gee, is it another Beomaster?

I never had a chance to play with one of these, so the obvious solution is to buy one. Was really surprised after it just arrived and I unwrapped it. Apart from some dirt and tobacco smell, the thing looks practically new! The sliders aren't cloudy at all and even the preset cover is there, as well as the original whisker antenna (too bad I hate

Hi Pirkka, I was watching that one as well, but decided I have enough projects already - nice to see it went to a good home

  • Re: B&O Beogram 1000

Hello Christian, welcome to Beoworld You're lucky in that these SP series pickups have replaceable needles, unlike the later B&O pickups. They are not available from B&O anymore, but you might find a replacement stylus on sale, or perhaps a complete pickup on eBay. Or, you can have your current stylus repaired by Axel in Germany (see schallplattennadeln
