Stan, You are having a difficult time at present with finding bits and pieces what with the Beolab 3500 wall mounting as well. Stan, I am surprised that your dealer could not find this information. You are looking for parts 9022 and 9023 in the diagram below and the part number of 9022 is 3031382 and part 9023 is 3164920

Timmy, A warm welcome to Beoworld, There is a Service Manual on the Beoworld site with block diagrams, but you will need to upgrade your membership to Silver or Gold to download it.

If you mean you want to know how to find out the Software version of the Beo4 then Press GO and MENU at the same time then press LIST repeatly for each value. If you wish to reduce the range of the Beo4 you can purchase a range reducer from your local B&O store which fits on the top of the Beo4.

Why not check with a multimeter which pins of the Masterlink are connected to the RJ45. I notice from the user manual on the web that they use mains earth as their signal return meaning pin 3 is the most likely connection missing.

I have never played with a Lexcom system, but I would guess as CAT 5 only has 4 pairs of wires meaning 8 wires and MasterLink signals are 9 active wires plus ground then they are likely to have not used pin 3 of the Masterlink which is "ML Sense" which is not used in a lot of products but may well be used in Beolink Active.
