• Re: A8 power consumption

The impedance related bit is easy, the complicated bit is what actually happens within the iPod. Here we go with a whole string of assumptions, all of which we'll assume are true for a first pass aproximation of the problem. If the sensitivity (dB/mW) of the earphones in question is the same then they require the same input power to produce the
Just got back from a few drinks with a friend who also owns an ipod touch and some A8s. I raised the point and he agreed with me and said that the B&O headphones burnt through his battery in half the time. He also said that Phillips stuff was the same and that it was maybe a shared drivers issue. On the upside, he
Yes, I noticed that quote - funny, you couldn't have more cables behind my BV7-40, with the RF box, Sky box, PS3, speakers and so on!
I think it might have been your your photo I thought of when I read it
What source are you trying to listen to? If it is a video source (i.e. television, DVD, etc.), how is it connected? If it is connected with SPDIF or HDMI for sound, then there will always be a delay. MasterLink is a stereo analog delivery system. The sound you're bringing in is digital. We've found that if

My favourite line in the article is - "And, as you might expect from the maker of high-end CD systems and other electronics, you won't see any masses of tangled cords". That's 'cos they never have them attached in their photographs

  • Re: Another link tv question
However just an idea popped out. Try to use this signal reducer they have on B&O shops. It's a plastic cup you put on top of Beo4 and this way you have a significantly lower ir transmition.
It makes them look a lot more attractive

I think the difference between Sennheiser and Grado is a matter of taste rather than quality, if you go to a decent hifi store you should be able to compare both. However i have a slight problem with the Grado models, they make you look like
