How did you reinstall the old version of Beoport? I wanted to try that but I can not find it on the web page to download.

I hvae been trying to decide whether to buy one also. Glad to hear the favorable reviews. Since it has no external screen, can you open it to see who is calling without answering it? How is it using with the screen at the bottom?

I have made no other changes to the computer. Net Radio worked fine until the update was installed. Beoport connects with the server fine for getting CD info but at the top of the list of radio stations I get a message "unable to connect to server". I am really baffled by this. Thanks for the input and any ideas.

I recently installed tne new version of Beoport and now can not connect to net radio. The net music function works fine. Net radio worked fine before the update. I have reinstalled multiple times, reregistered multiple times, and turned firewalls off to see if that would help. Still no luck. Any suggestions on how to get net radio to work? I keep getting

I just installed Beoport 4.65 and installation worked fine and net music and album covers work perfectly. However, net radio does not and it says can not connect with server. I have shut the firewall down and rebooted and still no luck. Any suggestions?

Thanks! trying to decide if I want to buy one. I do not use web browsing very often but every now and then use it briefly.

Sorry if this a question I should have been able to find the answer to. Does the Serene have any web browsing capability or just email?

Thanks for the input.That is exactly what I thought. My cell phone just died and I would really like to try the Serene if only it were quad band. I may give it a try and see if it works in areas I need to use it.
