  • Re: Today i bought a brand new beolab 2000 on ebay...

Llewelyn: I heard Bosscom have gone bust and made to destroy all their stock due to a copyright lawsuit so I think you may struggle to buy from them now. Their online shop is still open ?!?

  • Re: BeoVision 9 and BeoSound/Master 5

Alex: I don't see why I would want to download an album when I can buy it for the same price or thereabouts and get a physical copy which is sonically superior. It is about choice. many people are moving to dematerialised music. B&O would be ridiculed if it did not address people's new needs. I am not saying they should stop making CD players

avus17: I hope the price for BeoSound 5 will be under 2.000,-€ otherwise they can forget big sales of this interface. The price is more or less known, so no hope there.... avus17: It also looks nothing special, but BeoSound 9000 looks as an icon and is already a classic B&O product. You cannot listen to FM any longer unless you have another traditional Beosound. If you get Radio though cable and if you get them through your Set-top box, then you

  • Re: HDRs

No, as it does not have a built in tuner. It allows you to record a channel, while watching a recording of another show, or of the show you are currently recording (but with a delay).

  • Re: B&O Statement Today

A BluRay device would only make sense with a HDMI connection of course. Scart might still be there for unencrypted (recordable) SD, and AVL and multi room distribution.

Yes as it would be based on the same platform as the new BV7-32, I think. p.

  • Re: simple question?

Like Dave, I would recommand that you link the two together. You need a Beolink converter and a masterlink cable as well as a datalink cable, and a fully cabled powerlink cable. I would also connect all speakers to the TV. The downsides of this suggested configuration: - Loss of 2 way remote control, but it is not a problem for you as you have a Beo4
