After using the Serene for almost a week I have formed some opinions. It is wonderfully elegant feeling. The operation is a pleasure. The sound quality is typical B and O. All in all a wonderful phone. The fact that I got mine for a 30% discount from the dealer does certainly help me appreciate it.

Did anybody else receive the 2007-2008 catalog and magazine with the mail in cards regarding products? I filled out the card and sent it in requesting the in home demonstration and then received a call from the dealer saying they do not offer in home demonstrations. The first B and O item my wife and I purchased was a Century. It has been followed by many other products including Beosound 3000 and 1, and Beolab 1, 4000, 6000, and 9. The Century is still one of my favorites. The sound is amazing, far better than the 1.

I finally had success. I had an unused anti virus program on the computer. I uninstalled it and now net radio works as it should. Has anybody else noticed that in addition to the tiny album covers that are displayed if one clicks on "info" on the right hand virtual beo 4 a much larger version of the album cover appears?
