What an interesting perspective! It wouldn't surprise me, however. It's a massive massive massive industry through the internet. I've heard a bizarre statistic that a majority of the internet is porn. Either way, HD or Blueray, it doesn't concern me, until our CRT dies... or gets stolen. The latter is unlikely considering the weight

I've considered this but I'm not too sure about handing over $700 for a second hand DVD1, and the DVD2 is a joke. I don't really mind about aesthetics because it will be hidden away. I just found a nice one, a Denon DVD1930...

Hi all! I need to be pointed in the right direction here as i have had a look and all i can find is upscale this and component that. I am looking for a DVD player to exploit the full potential of the BV3-32 when watching movies. I found a few decent units (from Denon, Marantz, NAD etc), but none have scart-RGB outputs. I'm sure there are plenty of gay Bang & Olufsen owners out there Sean! B&O design has both the WAF = wife acceptance factor and the GAF = gay applause factor If i could afford BL9's i would have a pair instead of the 4000's. But i must reiterate that the sound we get from the 4000's in our room is very impressive and strange

Yes it does seem to be tough, and speaking of protective film, i bought some on ebay for $15 after postage and what i waste of money! I'd rather scratch the screen. It looked so disgusting with a screen protector. Mine lives in my pocket also & i hope the dial marks aren't too bad, anyway i don't plan to keep it longer than a year as
