The problem here Keith is that some of the later versions have the same back markings as the earlier MK 1's & 2's. Most reliable method of ID is:- MK 1 & 2 have a button marked "link" on the top middle row. MK 3 & beyond all have this button marked "light" and the keypad is the same for all of these. Chris.

Nothing else will work as the codes on the Beomaster 5000 differ to the others you mention especially the Beo1 which is a video only terminal designed for use with the Beovision 1 and is a complete waste of space frankly, Chris.
