I have, for a year now, a BV7 and I am very satisfied with it. Just get it, you won't be disappointed. The only thing I strongly recommand you is not to buy it right now, but to wait for some months, because there has been talk about an upgrade for some time, and it would be a pitty to miss that one. My audio setup is BL7.1; BL8000; BL6000, and for normal TV, I normaly use speaker1. Speaker5 can be ok for movies or TV-Shows, but I never use speaker 4 for TV, neither speaker 2. Don't want to say you are abnormal, but I to me it is strange to use speaker4 for TV.

Your BV8 looks really good. I think it looks better on the table stand than on the floor stand, which is very ugly.

How many CDs have B&O made? I have Open Mind Vol3 and This is different. I guess there was Open Mind Vol1 and Vol2. Were there other ones? The (very complete) product list on our site does not list them...

right. quadrophonic is a surround setup with 4 independant channels. speaker 4 mode is, as coolskin sait enhanced stereo, where the front and the rear channels are the same.
