  • Re: Not very ethical,,,,

I think we should not judge buyers who buy manuals on eBay which could be downloaded for free from B&O website. I don't see anything wrong with this, It's their money and they are free to spend it the way they wish, it's silly of course but its their own choice. As for beoworlders - it's a bit controversial. Surely seems unethical

  • Re: Beolab 1 or Beolab 3?

I would also vote for BL1. I do love it's clean design. I would not think twice unless rooms is small As was stated previously size of the room is important in this comparison, but if room allows BL1 size this would be my preference. BL1 was B&O flagship speaker for many years. I guess I'm biased as well with BL1 anodized aluminum finish

Bart, Do you mean Beo4 without DVD button cannot be upgraded to have DVD button? Or you talking about software upgrade to Beo4? Thanks for the tips on using A.TAPE2 and PHONO! But I still would want to have N.MUSIC/N.RADIO displayed on the remote!

  • Re: What BeoLab 3500 Replacement will look like?

mbee: I think B&O will keep the Beolab 3500 in the product portfolio for a little time : it is really discrete, it almost disappear when placed high over a door for instance, and that's really good for a link speaker. Its sound is totally outdated by Acoustic lens speakers, but as a little and almost invisible speaker, its still good. Now what

  • BeoSound 9000 and BeoPort

I have finally decided to start using PC with B&O. I have hesitated to convert to MP3 format but finally gave up. So I decided to purchase BeoPort/BeoLink and get it connected This may have been covered before but I could not easily find straight forward answers. 1. BeoPort connected to BeoSound 9000 with Master Link cable in the Same room. No IR

  • Beo4 and BS9000 Versions & Upgrade help

I have 2 Beo4 remotes. One with DVD and another without DVD button. Beo4 with DVD button displays E.E 4.4 S.W. 4.0. I've scrolled through available to add list items and did not see N.MUSUC and N.RADIO. I assume it's due to old version of remote? Another question: Is there a way to upgrade older Beo4 with no DVD button to have DVD button? And

  • Re: Beosystem 3, photo of rear connections wanted

So if TV does not have VGA ir DVI you would need DVI to component or DVI to HDMI adapter cable.

  • What BeoLab 3500 Replacement will look like?

With newer B&O speaker design seems that long anodized aluminum tube-like speakers are being slowly phased out. While BeoLab 1, 8000, 6000, 3500 are still being sold, new replacement models such as BeoLab 5, BeoLab 9, BeoLab 3 are already new standard. BeoLab 3500 has been around for 10 years. I would not be surprized if B&O is designing replacement
