Unbelievable that the "local" store wont service items they do not sell. Very shortsighted on their part. Imagine somebody with a $100,000 worth of B and O moving into the same town as the dealer, from somewhere else, and then being told the dealer would not help them set up products or update the PUC? Living in the USA sometimes the "local"
