If what Jason says doesn't help then it is the black plastic clamper arm which is slightly bent and touches the spinning CD and you hear a scraping sound. It needs replacement (p/n 2854003), possibly, though less likely, only an adjustment. Not a big deal at all, but best to get both done by your dealer ...
