What about the connections. I supposse you need an HDMI connection to accept a HD source? Does the upgrade include a new connection? When I bought my BV6 a official B&O document circulated around saying that all BV6 produced after a centrain date would be HD ready, but this unfortunatly turned out to be untrue. I would still like to hear from somebody

I assume the BV6 will be 720p standard after the upgrade?

Is there anybody here who upgraded their BV6 to HD? I understand there is a kit available for about 600 eur. I am interested in the connections you get extra and the improvement in picture using a hd-dvd or Blueray player.

DoubleU, UPC leverd zoals ik begrijp3 verschillende types uit. Werken deze alle via de Motorola DV5000i?

Ik overweeg digitale TV te nemen. Ik heb een BV6 en heb al via een tweede hands Rebox digitenne geprobeerd, dit beeld valt me erg tegen, wel is de STB goed te bedienen via de STB controller. Zoals bij veel mensen in het UPC gebied heb in zon doos gekregen van UPC maar deze kreeg ik niet aan de praat via de STB-controller. Dus maar snel teruggestuurd
