Exactly David! So, i just called B&O Switzerland. I was really pleased, the hotline is quick, friendly and competent. So i was connected to a service technician from B&O and told him my whole story. So his first comment was : "Wow, how bad!!" So he asked me some further questions, and asked me about my dealer. He then explained me

Thanks, that's what i needed to know. So then i will hook my HK Sub to a Powerlink adapter and see how this sounds

Actually talking to him/them directly is what i did every time i was there. The problem is, that there is always an other person there when i visit the shop. So today it was someone different than on saturday when i picked up the BS4. When i call it's again someone different, the technicians are never the same person. The person who showed me the

I hope a demo at home will be possible, yes. So for the meantime i will connect my HK Sub to the BS4. Now just to be on the safe side: Do i have to connect it to a powerlink socket or to the "Aux out" Cinch socket? Whats the difference between them?

Update: So i went to the shop just some minutes ago. Brought my BS4 in original packing there. Okay, went to the service desk. Then first they guy asked me to show him the warranty papers. Actually i did not have them with me, because last time they saw me and the papers was on saturday, so i tought they would remember, but obviously they do not. Okay

So i gave my dealer a call today morning. I had then a technician on the phone who tried to help me like "is your BS4 plugged in?" etc. So the result was (of course) that my card reader must be bad (what a surprise!) . Then i asked him to pick the BS4 up for a repair, but he told me that he has no time for that and i have to bring it myself

Hm, i don't know. Somehow i don't find the BeoSound6 special. It looks about the same like all the other MP3 players you see at every electronic discount store. Okay, perhaps the material used is better, and the display itself too. But overall it's not that special, it's not very B&O. Just my 2 cents

So today is the annual report! I am really wondering what will come, and what not! In fact, they do already have Beo5s here in Switzerland in the shops, but not for sale. They will be sold in september and they are CHF 875.-

The Stig - ver. 1.27: Well in the mean time you can get a Power link to RCA connector so you can use the kikinoko sub A good idea too! As it will last about 6 months until i can get new B&O speakers, this seems to be a good option in the meantime. So where can i get such a connector? B&O dealer?

Yes, it's hard to decide between Lab3 and Lab8000. Well, i have to think over it anyway, because i can't spend that money right now. But i think, that thinking over a bit about this won't be wrong. What i know for sure is, that it won't be a Lab2, and also no Lab6000. I like the design of 8000 and Lab3 very much. But you are right beodim
