Keith Saunders: the Beo5's has been shipping with firmware version 1.12a and as soon as your dealer goes to download a configuration it will also update the firmware to 1.20a. That's right in theory , but in my case it doesn't work either at my dealer shop the day I picked up my beo5... and their new desktop computer is also a good and powerful

In my case it doesn't work with and without the dealer login. Thanks Ralf, but no luck for me (win XP) it doesn't work with the beo5 full turn on either. Here I show you a full sequence of 4 different screen shots during a failed update try. But it never crashed my win xp !! not "blue window" fatal error or something similar, simply

jandyt: Hi Santiago. On the picture screen, I have three options. They are 'Standard', 'Zoom' and 'Widescreen'. Standard is format 1, Zoom is format 2 and Widescreen is format 3. Andy T. Hi Andy, Of course I have those same 3 options, and the 3 works fine, but I'm not talking about that. As usual I think I'm not able

Hello everybody, I've found a problem inside my beo5 picture format functions: With beo4 when I'm under picture format 1 or 2 commands, I can change some parameters inside those by using the "UP" and "DOWN" arrows (3 different format1 sizes and up-down panning the format2 zoom). These arrows seem not work with my beo5...

First BV 7 MK III BS3 and now BV 7 MK III BS3 100Hz... Next year BV 7 MK IV BS3+100Hz+LED... Don't get angry with the technical advances, that's life. Simply enjoy everyday your fabulous tv set without thinking in the future improvements, or you'll be always unhappy. B&O is working hard in this 100Hz tech just now , but they have still

My B&O technician explained me that it will be a hardware change (chipsets, cardboards...) in both parts: inside the Bsys3 device itself and also in the back panels electronic (BV4, BV7...). But maybe this hardware upgrade can be applied also to the actual models... I don't know about that technical point. In addition he explained me that the
