Recently there was a post about a Youtube video featuring David Lewis and the BV8. Do any of you have a link? Thanks.

Razlaw, I get what you are asking. I also received the same card, but did not send it in. If I were to replace all of the equipment that I have it would cost big $$$, and in that case my dealer might do an in-home demo. As it is, all of my purchases have been over a long period of time, and some are ebay. I doubt my dealer would show for a single item

I am waiting for the Sling Catcher from Sling Media. I have an AppleTV that I distribute to my PC via the Sling Windows client. When the Sling Catcher ships, it will allow me to distrbute the AppleTV from the Sling Box to any TV equipped with Sling Catcher. The definite benefit is that I will be able to control it via IT. It is all wireless as well

I've owned lots B&O since 1986. Perhaps I'm very fortunate, but never needed service on anything. Only exception is a Beolink Active that I purchased on Ebay for $10. Frankly though, I think it's more the quality than luck. I wish you the best, as you should expect better at these prices.

BTW, some Tivo remotes can control two different Tivos. Just a thought.

I believe that Tivo S3 codes are the same as S2. At least that's what users on the Sling Forums report. Keep in mind that you'll have to map Beo4 commands directly to Tivo. This can get tricky. I recommend you program a Text mode in Lintronic and then do the mapping. This has worked great for me in order to control the AppleTV. Since Tivo codes

Sal, I'll be interested in this for the future. I now have Tivo S2 and the Avant controls it just fine. BTW, one day playing, I used a Lintronic to control another Tivo S2 with a Beo4. That worked. I will be replacing one of my Tivos with a S3 soon, so let us know what you discover. Have you sent the received codes to Michael at Lintronic for further

wtlc2zpx: beo-ap: Nevertheless, Apple must recognize that their remote is presenting challenges to those wanting to fully integrate Apple TV into one remote where code conversion is involved. It's possible that Apple or someone could address this through software, but it will be a long time. I did analyse the Apple Remote signal with the Lintronic

Alex: The TVs do not have SCART. Only the BeoCenter 2 does. Alex, Do you know how the BV* and Avant coexist on the same ML network. For example if I want Sat Sound or V-Aux Sound from a BL 3500, which TV would this come from? Now I just press Sat or TV on my Beo4 in that room. Silly question, but does this TV have a sleep time. Useful for a bedroom
