I bought an iPod/iPhone dock from Apple, too. However, not very happy with it.... Very often the iPhone displays "this is not designed for the iPhone please....". Also the remote control of the iPod function of the iPhone is not fantastic. Furthermore, no adapter for my old iPod.
Kawo, try to carefully

Good luck, I hope it works out fine! If your iTunes lists the songs (but can't find the files), you won't even have top re-add them to the library when you have put the files back on the server. If not, you'll have to add the files to the library again. Like Peter, I'm paranoid about this - I have two backups (three, if I count my iPod

Hi, How do I check usage stats on 33xx models, such as the two-way mx4000? Menu 00 play only shows the s/w version (on the 39xx models (like the lx5500) you also see the usage counters). Thanks, Henrik

Great! It's not visible in the "not read" listing though. Would it also be possible to include the threadstarter's name? ...and as usual: thank you for all the work you do!

Yes, my main pont was that you don't have to match the power rating of the speakers with the output of the amplifier, it's more important to match the speakers with the room. In my smallish bedroom, I get better result with the s45-2s but in my livingroom (35-40 square meters) the M150s are a better match. Unfortunately I use a bs7000 in the

Oops, sorry - I've been away for a while :-) I have the bm8000/s45-2 combo in my small bedroom, no need for larger loudspeakers there. Anyway, that combination works great in such a small room but I wouldn't use it in a large room. Previously I used a pair of vintage jbls in the bedroom and I've also tried my M150s, but they were both a

Unless you like it really, really loud, it's actually easier to damage your speakers with a smaller amplifier than with a more powerful one. Why? Well, when you reach the limit of your amplifier, it will distort a lot and this (clipping-)distortion contains a lot of nasty high harmonics with lots of energy and that can destroy the tweeters. Remember

My bs7000 (in the livingroom). It wakes me up in the morning (via a MCL-linked mx4000 in my bedroom), and it's on almost every evening as well, playing TV sound or music. My bedroom BL8000 is also used everyday, after waking up (thanks to the bs7000/mx4000) I switch the mcl system off and switch on the bl8000 system instead (same source: radio)
Just wondering if there is a function that you can easily jump to the first new post from my point of view (as I used to this in most of the other forums I use). It is quite anoying to find where the first new post starts. Karsten
I agree, that's the my main issue with this forum compared to all the other forums
