I agree with the points Lee made above, and at the same time, I don't agree with what BenSa said. In fact, I have the right not to be satisfied with a B&O product if this one does not offer the level of standard that is expected. Furthermore, I am free to critize B&O in a constructive way when the situation is justified. And on top of that

Avec une inflation constante des prix et des produits qui ne tiennent pas toujours la route, cela peut effectivement encourager une certaine désaffection de la part de la clientèle

... I realize that some actual customers choose to get their B&O products via the second-hand market. Due to the price increase, more of them cannot afford anymore some new items. Indeed, that is an interesting way to save some money. Cheers, Guy
