  • Re: BeoVision 7-32 Mk IV

For what its worth i have a 2009 7-40 Mk3, and i have just had a visit to update the software so as to use my Beo6. Takes about an hour and mine needed 9 different updates(£60). Electronic curtains seem to close more smoothly. On a different note i accept as new technology appears updates have to be made if so requested to use new media, but most

I'm sure some of you have seen this video before, but tonight i showed this to the dreaded Mother in Law as to why the Avant that her "loving" son in law bought her is so good(she loves it really i know she does) To me as a bloke and consumer, this is the sort of material is worth a million glossy(expensive) adverts. Why is there not more

  • Re: B and O/Apple article

I'm sure it will kick up a stink with some, but it won't be the first non B&O product that has their speakers in it. Audi and Aston Martin to name but two. The B&W Zeppelin has B&O ICE doesn't it, and thats now direct competeion.

Bonjour Phillippe. I had the pleasure of flying into your beautiful city on Sunday morning, having flown over it a thousand times. When we left Newcastle it was miserable dreary weather, with a despatcher with a pot belly and big moustache. When we landed in Toulouse it was a bright sunny morning, and we were welcomed by a stunning young lady in a Chanel

  • Re: Some expert advice on the Beovision 7-40 Mk3 and the 10-40.

Thanks. My problem arises from the fact that today we watched Tron Legacy on an Avant. At sound level 45 everything was clear and full. I only managed similar levels on the 7-40 at level 63-68 just now. I have never owned a TV where to here things clearly the sound has to be at 70-75% of max! I just find it un natural especially when you consider what

Thanks for all the replies. I have tried the different sound options, but as only option 5 has all the speakers working together i will leave this as the default. 4 cuts out the 7.2 and uses the 8's and 6's, which can be better for music only. I want to leave the setting as 5 but every now and then just want more from the 7.2(i want to manually

  • Some expert advice on the Beovision 7-40 Mk3 and the 10-40.

Some advice needed please. I have had a 7-40 Mk3 for a few months now and although generally pleased i have some questions about sound. When trying to listen to say the news, i have to put the sound at around 60 to be able to hear speech clearly through the 7.4 speaker. I personally don't like the look of it, but was advised it was the best for
