OMG what an amazing system! Wow Bang&Olufsen was awesome in those days. That is the design that really captivated me. I loved B&O back then. I havnt been drawn to BC2 or BS4 or BS5 but the BS8 has found a place in my heart. Lovely pix guys - awesome in fact hope you njoy :)

Totally agree with Bv7MK3 on this Chris. You could even try the Sony 380 which gets the most amazing reviews for both sound and vision. It's currently on sale at the big supermarkets for £99!!! Not too much to outlay, maybe you could even take it back for a refund within a day or so if you are not impressed. Do buy a real decent HDMI cable

Hmmmm i reckon Apple TV with OLED screen (made by LG) and internal speakers by B&O. Apart from selling millions, it would be THE BEST ever way of spreading the words Bang&Olufsen... If Apple made a TV it would have to be different, captivating and I reckon that would start with OLED for which LG (who they favour) are a known developer!

Yes, I've seen it with all of my friends. Throwing away hifi systems for iPod docks. Im not surprised though, I really like the neatness and ease of use and cool factor. The rest of them are simply buying active speakers for their MacBooks and iTunes library.

Why don't you just stick to iTunes? a lot more stable. I wouldn't want Windows things on my Mac!

Oh my gosh, it all sounds totally crazy to me! So you have to pay for a dealer to visit your home to make your well overpriced thing work properly? And they wonder why the young generation just aren't interested? Wow!
-
Woooo that's cool! Will it be on the B&O website soon?

I still don't understand why they are using another name just because they are bringing out 'cheaper made' but still costly equipment? It's kind of shallow and pretentious which is what the brand has really become over the past few years... Hmmm i'm not sold

My advice would be to keep the Oppo! It is regarded as one of the finest on the market. To put it another way, the Oppo will give years of trouble free enjoyment whereas the Samsung will probably of stopped working within two years! They aren't exactly known for making quality blu-ray or dvd players!

Im really not convinced. Hmm Samsung drive. Samsung, the McDonalds of the electronics industry hmmm. Put it another way, would you ever come across Samsung in the studio, broadcast or pro use? Er, no
